Overcoming challenges
VZComm constantly faces competition from suppliers who offer highly competitive prices. In this sense, VZComm focuses its attention on offering quality services and products, these being its main differentiators in the market.
In this sense, based on the Just in Time business model, VZComm receives orders for thousands of pieces, on a monthly, quarterly and bi-annual basis. In order to meet its customers’ requirements, it was necessary to have precision in logistics and production, which demanded exact control and punctual follow-up. For this reason, and motivated by previous knowledge of the benefits offered by Microsoft technologies, they have adopted two main solutions that strengthen their management, Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

Differentiating solutions
With the assistance of the Mexican company GCG González Cortina Glender y Cía, a Microsoft business partner in the region, VZComm received cloud-based technologies, carrying out a digital transformation that favors the execution of internal procedures and that finally also impacts its clients in a positive way, counting on services and solutions together that strengthen their management.
With the implementation of Dynamics 365, they have been able to strengthen their sales cycle by improving order management, in addition to resolving operational issues, using the intelligence of the solution to automate their processes, maximizing the performance of sales through CRM (Customer Relationship Management), thus managing to compete thanks to a faster, smarter and more personalized execution of their strategy. With Dynamics 365 the commitment to customer service became more natural, reflected in the positive feedback they have received from their customers, increased productivity of the work team, as well as the increase in total sales of more than 12% per year.

In turn, with PowerBI they have managed to provide decision makers and their customers, through their web portal and through interactive dashboards, with strategic information on their sales, obtaining greater visibility in real time of the status of their orders and imports, in addition to providing self-service tools, which has been a determining factor in being chosen by their customers, who distinguish VZComm from its competitors.
